How long does it take to book an appointment?
It usually takes our users less than 3 minutes to book an appointment. Select your state, choose your Neurologist, and make payment! You’ll receive a confirmation call from our care center to take your history and guide you about your upcoming consultation.

Can I book an appointment for a loved one who is at a different location and participate in the call?
Absolutely. We at NeuroX understand that the family may want to be involved in the care of their loved ones. Hence our multi-way video connectivity can allow you to be present at the consultation from a different location.

Can I book an appointment on call?
Yes. NeuroX care center can help you book an appointment on the phone. You will, however, be required to make the payment online.

I am a primary care physician. Can I use NeuroX for my patients with neurological disorders?
Absolutely. You can either refer the patients for Neurology consultations to NeuroX, or book their appointment with our Neurologists. If you have a substantial number of patients who require Neurology care, NeuroX can even set up a Tele-Neurology booth at your premises where your patients can get online neurology consultations.
